Returns & Exchanges

Returns on New Merchandise

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. You may request either a replacement or a credit note.

Please note: Custom or special orders are excluded from this return policy.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Please refer to the “How to Ship Returns” section below for details.

Defective Merchandise

Items that have been used and are claimed to be defective will undergo an inspection by the manufacturer/vendor. Refunds or replacements will only be issued upon approval of the defect.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please reach out to us through our Contact Us form.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • All shipping costs (both return and replacement) must be covered by the customer

  • We do not charge a restocking fee

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We do not accept international exchanges

If we shipped the wrong item or made a shipping error, we will cover all shipping costs related to the exchange.

Exclusions

  • Custom or special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Used items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • We do not accept freight collect or COD packages
